Where should we collect you?
Provide the pick-up point, date and event name. For airport arrivals, add the flight number. We agree the meeting point and venue drop-off before the journey. You can request a hotel stop on the way too.
Business guests and several journeys
For a delegation, send a list of transfers with dates, times, passenger numbers and addresses. Company visits or a business dinner can be included in the programme. Let us know whether you need separate transfers or a driver at your disposal.
Your return journey
Add the return to your hotel or airport in the same request. Include the expected finish time and any flight details. We agree the quote before confirmation. The NCC service is independent of the organisers and does not include event admission.
Before you book
Can I request a transfer for MEGAWATT or another congress?+
Yes. Include the event name, venue, date and time. We provide an independent transfer service, not an organiser service.
Can you coordinate several company arrivals?+
We can assess a multi-transfer programme, including NCC partners where needed. Send the list of journeys for a quotation.
Is this a shared shuttle with a fixed timetable?+
No. The transfer is arranged for your booking and the agreed addresses.
