Airport, hotel and exhibition entrance
Add the event name and correct venue. Fiera Milano Rho and Allianz MiCo are different places: include the entrance or hall if known. You can request a direct journey from BGY or a hotel stop before visiting the fair.
For visitors, exhibitors and delegations
For guests on different flights, send a list of transfers with dates, passenger numbers and addresses. Describe any samples or small materials travelling with passengers, including dimensions. We assess cars or vans around your requirements, with NCC partners where needed.
Return pick-up or hourly chauffeur
Two separate transfers suit a fixed arrival and departure time. For several meetings, dinners or changing schedules, request an hourly chauffeur and share the time window and stops. Waiting and extra stops are agreed in the quotation. Exhibition admission and accreditation are separate.

Can I request airport, hotel and exhibition transfers together?+
Yes. Enter the first journey and describe the remaining transfers in the notes, including dates and addresses.
Will the chauffeur wait while I visit the fair?+
Only when an hourly disposal service has been agreed. Separate transfers have their own prearranged pick-up times.
Can we bring exhibition materials?+
Please describe the size and quantity of small items accompanying passengers. Space must be checked in advance; this is not a freight service.
