Old town, Colombare or Lugana?
Send your property’s name and full address when requesting a transfer. A hotel in Sirmione’s old town, accommodation in Colombare and an apartment in Lugana need different arrival arrangements. “Sirmione” alone does not identify the drop-off point. The full address lets us plan the journey and check where the vehicle can stop.
Reaching a hotel in Sirmione’s old town
The historic centre is a restricted-traffic zone, known as a ZTL. If your hotel is beyond the Scaliger Castle, ask the property for arrival instructions and share them with us. Your drop-off must comply with the applicable permissions and access conditions; we cannot promise to stop outside every hotel. See the municipality’s official ZTL information (Italian).
Luggage, children and vehicle space
List passengers, suitcases, strollers and oversized items. For child seats, give the children’s ages and requirements. You can request an E-Class, V-Class or Vito; model, configuration and availability are confirmed in the quotation. If several families are travelling together, tell us whether their accommodation addresses differ.
Your Sirmione to Bergamo Airport return
Request your return at the same time, even if it is on another day. Give your flight departure time and the collection address, including any change from the outbound journey. We agree a pick-up that accounts for the road journey and time needed before departure. Traffic and old-town access can affect timings.
